Got email about “partnership” and “expansion”. Essentially, st-hosting sold, expect price increase, plan migration accordingly.

As there is Panic of price increase in the OP...
I know both. Maximilian from Nuxoa, have chatted many times with him, and Marco from Cyberse/St i even met IRL.
They are both good Guys so i doubt there will be any price increases. However, let them comment themself.
The way announcement was written - a shady way, one can think worst.
ST-Hosting had good prices before, but they are already expensive since a bit, in LET terms so.

Yes it's right. We've sold the brand "ST-Hosting" to our partner NUXOA. But if I already told in the announcement, nothing will Change except the address in the imprint and the invoice.
Myself and NUXOA signed a three year contract together that makes sure, that I will be a part of the team and responsible for the todos on the datacenter the next years, so everything will be fine.
The Main reason for the Change is, that my Company, the Cyberse GmbH & Co. KG got a lot of B2B customers the last months. So thats the reason that we are restructureing our Company to fit all the new requirements. I can finally say, that the Hosting Part will Stay as on of our main Business Focus. We will continue to develop our Infrastructure and Network more and more in the datacenter Nuremberg to provide still the best Service to our Clients.
We just wont have the capacities to offer the same Quality in the B2C Business as we Are doing in the B2B Business in the Future. And to protect the Brand and the Customers, we have decided to Transfer the B2C Business to our Partner NUXOA and Support them in the background 💪
All Details regarding the Transfer will Pop up on the 01.05. in our Customer Center for active customers, After they Login.
