BTW, the refund policy and AUP on your website is not clear, can you explain it?
We offer servers on no minimum term, so if you want to try our servers then can do so for just 1 month. We therefore do not offer a refund policy or early termination option if you change your mind
Our acceptable use policy is as follows from our Terms: You agree to use our dedicated server services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any Activity which may bring OnlyServers into disrepute is prohibited, such as activities include but are not limited to: engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities, transmitting malware or other malicious content, infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others, and violating the privacy of third parties.
I will be happy to try clarify, but generally we do not restrict legal activities under UK law. Therefore we allow VPN hosting, VPS hosting, seed-boxes, and other shared services which can be difficult elsewhere as long as you act responsibly to action complaints and its not excessive. We do allow adult materials, but of course it must be UK law compliant, and due to UK laws we may not be best fit as not all content is allowed in UK. We certainly do not allow illegal streaming services, denial of service botnets, terrorism, or certain political and hate speech which could bring us to disrepute. We also won't be able to allow services which are provided to anonymise like TOR proxies as it would not be possible for you to take appropriate action to any complaints.
