I need VPS server in hourly pay.
Hetzner is out of the question. Please do not recommend me them.
It would be extremely beneficial for me if I can get Indian or Hongkong Servers. I wont be able to pay fixed pricing. I would be interested in hourly pricing, as that makes sense to me

I would require about 8-10 TB of BW per month. I know its hard to find servers with high TB limit like this. So I wont mind to pay them per TB use after the initial BW is over
No other location would work apart from these 3.

I can vouch for @DigiRDP and melbicom.net, been using their vps's for months now. DigiRDP had some issues but they seem to have fixed them.
Not sure about hourly pricing though, you might want to reach out to them.
For hourly Digital ocean & Vultr is the only option

AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, Alibaba, all has singapore server with hourly billing.
Caasify has hourly billing.
But money will be deducted regardless whether your server is on or off, I do not know if this is what you want.
Gcore, Digital Ocean, Linode, Vultr, AWS, Microsoft.
