STOP Harassing with lies out of context that stemmed from AUP violation by members on other hosts. Im sure this kind of behavior spills all over your unregistered or previously lapses of business registration and anyone daring to buy with you.

I'm totally okay with downtime, it happens, but don't lie on emails about it. Better to be transparent than blatantly lie.
Agreed. 6 hours out here too. I guess 360 minutes could be "a few" somewhere.
We are still reviewing the incident. Some customers experienced issues for a few minutes, others for a few hours. We regret what happened. We always strive to be transparent and are working to ensure it doesn't happen again.
