If it's any solace, I don't think any of us here is actually reducing instance counts with you.
We're loyal... almost to a fault (proof - the idler count which is grossly underestimated since they're missing my inventory capture process).
I hope the olde-faithful get some rewards.. like discounts based on existing service counts

You know, @wadhah ... @raza19 has been missing in action (I know he's needed some family time but I hope things are OK and that he+family is all good).
I'm missing him driving (and letting us know that he's driving) because that is when @kuroit - or is it @ManishPant - drops deals for us.
I think this time around, we'll make an effort to buy one on his behalf and transfer it to him if he misses the loot.

One problem I'm facing is that the time I spend on LET PLUS the time I spend hunting deals (or rather TRYING to capture) is much more than I spend on even setting up the idlers. So my VM count kind of drifting upwards and I'm not able to bring myself to set them up... it's a race to ... I don't know... a dark place?
I miss him too, but he's got a new job and all busy for us lately

YES! I just started shutting down idlers instead of setting them up so they dont end up in some botnet while I'm not looking.
I think there's some wise stuff to pick up from LORDS-OF-THE-IDLERS Z+32 in terms of how they manages their empires. I hear even spreadsheets fear to tread in such territories...
