  • I I wouldn't quite call it a troll at this point. It's like beating a dead horse. Yes, I had a VPS here, and yes, it was fine. If the dude searched my directory, I guess we edged together because I canceled for my own reasons.

If you want, DM it, if you want contact us directly and deal with it sensibly. I don't know why you would not do that if we are at fault and not your account derogatory or abuse?

    We know that some PHISHING and SPAMMING was happening, and yea, we suspend the network on that immediately, send ticket to customers, then sort it out sensibly. We understand if a VPS got hacked for poor security practice or crappy vulnerable software on customer servers, but otherwise, it's abuse.

    It is LET so I do trust that DMs are private.

    However let's say you hosted a forum for your products. I would find very difficult to trust that you won't opening up the database and read who is talking about what and who is criticising you in dms.

    The damage has been done. For the time being, SEO will spike and make as much business as you can now. Because within few months, the algorithm will rectify itself by putting more weight in these messages and you'll be penalised heavily by SEO then.

    This isn't about just insults. It's about flagging Trustpilot reviews from verified customers, about spamming threads with more and more nonsense in your futile defense, and about questioning the integrity and intentions of the LET community.
