In all fairness, if you are actually offering it for less than 2x recurring, god bless, you will have no issues selling it. In fact, you would have sold the server within 5 minutes of posting.
And honestly even a 30-40euro USDT scam is not a bad return for a 2 month investment in leveling up a brand new LET account. Which is the main reason I felt obliged to leave a general warning.
I don't know @Flq but I texted him on dm, and from his way of talk I assume he's not a scammer , we represent ourselves by our way of talking .

I think calling the OP a scammer is a bit uncalled for, especially since they were participating actively in the HostBrr flash deals thread. Scammers don’t go for deals that can’t be resold.
However I do agree it is sketchy to not put the renewal price and the asking price, as it does come off as if you want to sell well above the rules (which is fine, but be upfront about it).
Same for the YABS, why make it “on request”? Do the effort once and put it up for everyone to see.
These are not difficult things to add to the OP.
