I want to create an auto backup system on my game hosting server company, I have more than 500+ active servers.
I think what type of storage is suitable for this need and help provide recommendations, such as using vps storage, or maybe object storage

How many TBs are you looking for?
My suggestion would be to build a server yourself and COLO because 500 active servers won't be cheap to backup.
