Please do NOT purchase IPs from Larus anymore! After buying their IPs, I encountered technical issues on their end that rendered the purchased IPs unusable. When I contacted customer support for a solution, their response was, "Please buy IPs from IPXO instead, theirs might be more suitable for you." They then informed me that despite the problem being caused by their technical failures, no refunds would be issued, forcing customers to bear the cost of unusable IPs without any compensation. I have Chinese chat records as evidence; feel free to contact me to verify this.
A reminder to everyone: Avoid purchasing IPs from Larus at all costs! Their website is riddled with major bugs!!!

Larus buy lots of IPs from corruption in AFRINIC (africa), but IP announcement is made from asia/usa.
ARIN (US) helped AFRINIC to pull all IP ownership from larus.
now the CEO of Larus (chinese guy) is pushing to be board in AFRINIC (africa!!)

I have purchased IP twice. The second one was newly purchased by me, but they did not help me modify RPKI, which made me unable to use it. Finally, they told me to buy it from ipxo. At the same time, they would not give me any compensation or refund service because of their mistakes. I don’t care about this little money, but their behavior is too disgusting.
Moreover, their fees are not transparent. Their so-called Risk Credit (RC) is completely set by themselves. Even if you pay this fee once and will pay it again in the future, the money will not be refunded. It is an unfair clause. Why does such a disgusting platform still exist?
