100 ~ 500GB VPS for a FTP server

Location: Doesn't matter
Speed: 100mbit
Bandwith: 500GB ~ 1TB
Disk: Atleast 100GB.
RAM: Doesn't matter. 65mb schould be enough.
CPU: Doesn't matter either.

Dynamic upgrades would be nice.

Don't have a real budget. Just searching for the cheapest offers.

+1 for backupsy, but I don't think they will go so low as $4/mo. You can get a 500 GB server for $7/mo.

I think that FTP isn't a problem as long as you don't use CPU much. In this case, you always have choice to pay an extra 2$ and do more than backup with your VPS !
