I’m looking for providers offering services any of the aforementioned countries. I also prefer that the company is incorporated in one of those companies, or secondarily, somewhere else on the European continent.

I would like a minimum of 15 GB disk, 5 TB traffic per month, and budget of no more than $7 per month.

    I believe it's Digital Realty (ZUR1) in CH, and Gigahost in NO.

    If you're fine with providers that are incorporated in Russia (or are somehow related to Russia since most of them already have companies in the UK and bla bla) then I have a bunch more choices :)

    List is good. I'm not interested in Russian providers, even with companies in other countries.

    I have a good experience with both provider overall (support, reliability)
    My Veesp VM is from a different location, but probably their Latvia VM's pretty good too.

    PS: I'm not sure about their traffic limit, You should check their website or contact with their support for specific request.
