morning! you also seem to have used windows server iso that horstbrr does not offer (server 2019). did you also install server 2022 and 2025 from original windows isos? if so, then you would have provided the second proof that the potent epic-epycs from hostbrr unfortunately have a windows problem. but it can't be the 9655 itself, because my vps based on 9655 from computebox runs great with windows server 2022.
first geekbench values always after normal installation and second value always with the “fix” from @labze that adjusts the power management, correct? the effects are minimal and the values are far from what a 9655 should deliver!
