Problems with Terabit?

Anyone else having a VPS with @SilverCreek / Terabit that is turned off and won’t boot anymore? When I click the boot button, it says “FAILED’.
Location: Netherlands.

One of my VPS with them is down in Netherlands, let me see.
Yeah same. They did restart my vps but it froze again by now.
Ticket is ongoing but with Easter stuff is limited I suppose.
We're having an issue with one of the hypervisors in the Netherlands. VirtFusion simply returns an empty array as an error on all commands. Inspection of the physical hypervisor reports over 100G of free memory. We've been working on it side mid-yesterday, overnight. Unfortunately, we've had sub-par experience with VirtFusion's support before who, when told of this exact issue, did not seem to want to investigate.
In any event, rest assured we've been on it and are working on a resolution already.
yep i have a VDS on them, mine also shuts down itself, raised a ticket, they are aware of it. hope it'll be fixed asap
For me, it seems fixed now and a rapid response from Terabit explained the issue. Great service. Downtime happens sometimes.
If you are still down and a
bootisn't fixing it, open up a ticket. I'll give it a look, maybe a scream. It'll come back up.Yeah, had to manually boot but working just fine again, I really have to setup monitoring since I didn't even realise mine was down.
Server is up and running so far, will open a ticket if it happens again
@kait @strictlyparmesan @DennisdeWit
Have you're servers had problems since then?
It has been chugging, never had a single shut down, zero problems since
who did you bribe to get that extra 0.2%?
My server went down twice, filed a ticket and got response that one of the nodes having issues with Virtfusion where node is restarted randomly or smth.
So from time to time my server goes offline and I have to boot it up again. Mine went down today again like an hour ago.
@VirtFusion
Phil (I believe is his name?) is generally helpful, or at least has been to me
VPS rebooted one time after this issue. That was about a week ago.
We have one hypervisor which has been acting up in particular, we ordered a replacement from our hardware vendor but it's yet to ship out (US->NL). I'm not sure exactly why this hypervisor in particular is having problems, but once we have our replacement we're migrating everyone off and tossing the troublesome hypervisor in the e-waste bin.
I have a server with them that randomly turned off twice now. Had to manually boot it to bring it back up. Might not prolly renew if it's not fixed by next invoice date.
Any alternate suggestions? I'm on their Basically Dedicated plan with 8 core and 16gb ram
Update: Just turned off again
lmao it even goes to 101% sometimes
Open a ticket up please, we're not seeing any machines down at this time.
It just restarted it before posting the comment. Also I opened a ticked few days ago that's how I got to know about the issue with virt software
possible to be moved there, since I had the similar problem before? 👀👉👈
If you're on the troublesome hypervisor you will be moved and receive some credits as an apology. Unfortunately, if this was in NA we'd have it replaced a lot quicker... when we talk international it's slower than we'd like
Shit happens, thanks for the transparency. Do you have a rough estimate how long for the new hypervisor to arrive? Days? Weeks?
Yeah mine crashed about 2 1/2 hours ago, but I cant even (re)boot mine, which makes it so annoying.
I appreciate the transparency here! Hope that machine will be delivered soon!
Weird, open a ticket. I'm not seeing any issues on our end right now. I'll give it a kick.
@SilverCreek any eta when the move to the new hypervisor would happen? I don't have monitoring on my server now so I am having to check periodically to see if it is up
