  Also, no one is being pointed out by doing this, as there already has been opened a handful of tickets.

  No you cannot get service time transferred from another service that has already run for quite a while, and no there will not be other billing cycles available than what is already there.

  These offers are already "unsustainable", thus limited. They are not going to be made awfully unsustainable by effectively giving it for free by transferring service time from another service or losing 50% of the payment due to processing fees
