We demand deals not downs
Is it normal for this host to suddenly change its IPv6 (VDS Dallas Special).
I checked no notice, no announcement and no email sent to me.
If it's normal for this Host, I need to be aware of this behavior in the future.
After my ticket being ignored for several days (it's okay I know can't complain for the price), I tried to manually remove and re-add IPv6 via Webpillar, violla, it works with new IPv6.
or....am I missing something here?

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of a proper announcement regarding the recent IPv6 change in our Dallas location. Due to a high volume of tasks and delays in our deployment schedules for both the London and Dallas nodes, we unfortunately overlooked sending a formal notification. Otherwise, we provide advance notice—typically around 30 days—for any IP-related changes. We regret that this standard was not met in this instance.
Regarding your support ticket, based on our records, it was submitted on Sunday, 13th April at 02:14 AM, and a response was provided on Monday, 14th April at 05:15 AM. Considering this timeframe and the fact that the ticket was submitted over the weekend, we believe the response was handled in a timely manner.

It's not a big deal. I don't lost millions.
It's only 2 or 3 weeks of IPv6 downtime.
I have asked about this several times by tagging @kuroit directly in this thread, no response.
For the future, please put the news in the announcement at least if you can't send email.

For better support in the future, please open a ticket, as messages posted here can sometimes be missed. Puneet had also mentioned earlier that we were awaiting a new IPv6 announcement in Dallas, when someone reported IPv6 issues on his Dallas server.
We're APNIC registered member now and got our own /32 there.
We will slowly replace IPv6 everywhere.
Obviously this should be a planned migration. But tons of things (New rack, new network, BGP, new servers etc) happened in Dallas very quickly and we didn't have much time to plan this and old IPv6 just went poof! Really sorry about that!
