If that's Germany... Have the same issue for over 21 hours now. Still no response to ticket.
After 30 hours of downtime my VPS came back online. Ticket is answered with a excuse that they had to reboot some stuff... yeah, 30 hours for that?
My VPS is offline for ~10 hours (no network connectivity, both IPv4 and IPv6 are dead, no ping to the gateway),
support ticket #LJV-017252 opened also for ~10 hours and no updates, I wonder if they plan to do something with it or not.

Hello, just talked with my colleagues and they solved it a couple of minutes ago.
It seems that was an issue with the virtualization bridge, some VPS had connectivity, and some didn't. They reconfigured all the network from scratch and manually created the bridge instead of letting Virtualizor handle it. Now everything looks great.
