This one is kinda the same deal they offer in their anniversary thread, but instead of paying for 3 years to get the bonus, this one is 2 years.
This one is not really a great deal, but HH doesn't do any sub $35/yr deals in APAC anymore (except flash sales) so if you only need a relatively cheap VPS in SG with few resources, this one is a good catch
