This is terrible, I have been waiting in front of my computer for hours, refreshing the hosthatch website for the past hour, and I have not been able to buy anything. This is terrible.

They explicitly said when they will offer flash deals (which is actually rare for any provider to do) and it wasn't stock limited. So that's a bummer. Maybe you can find some deals from transfers section later.

I filed a ticket because my order kept getting cancelled, but my ticket was not responded to in a timely manner. I have no idea what the problem is, I have tried everything, turned off the VPN, cleared the cache. I even tried all my VPN nodes, but nothing worked. I am very supportive of HostHatch's activities and accuracy of information, and I appreciate that they provide very accurate information, but I regret my situation.

Chill man. Hosthatch said that if your order is cancelled and you created ticket. Then it's all good. There are other people in your situation. When they read your ticket, they will handle your invoices and reopen them, that was official info.

They said I created too many tickets and they will no longer provide me with service, which is really sad.

How many tickets did you created? :D

There are 4 in total. I wanted to buy two, but there was no response. I thought I didn't see it, or I needed to create one for each one, so I tried a few more times.

@zGato try creating separate tickets for your each invoice and see what will happen :D

What do you consider a timely manner? It's a Sunday while a flash sale is running.

No wonder HostHatch has refused service...

No, don't try this, Hosthatch doesn't like it. They seem to hate people sending them tickets. So they reply to every ticket lazily. Sending too many tickets will make them angry and stop providing service to you.

Sorry, it's my fault. I was too anxious. It's really hard to find a suitable service provider, and there was a promotion going on. I submitted a ticket, but there was no response after several hours. The flash sale only lasted for 1 hour, so I expected a faster response, but there was no response, so I was very anxious.

And you made them anxious by making them think about how many tickets you were going to create for the low-cost services you bought.

  • My server's disks are not spinning fast enough, better create ticket.

So that's how it is. Thanks for reminding me. I'm pretty good at technology, so I rarely ask my server provider for help. As long as the service is normal, I'll keep using it. So this behavior will make the service provider feel this way. I understand.

I doubt I'll make my uptime kuma public, but I have https://dash.zgato.dev :)
slowly adding nodes as I get them ready :)

I highly doubt Nezha will be able to handle all my servers tho :'(

It's very easy to set up and has a few nice features other dashboards don't have (as far as I'm aware) such as terminal and file explorer from the browser. Very customizable too :)

If you have many VMs, the dashboard will become a bit laggy, but that's kinda expected. Agent is very lightweight and can even run in very old Linux distros. Dashboard also seems lightweight.

One thing I don't like is that you can't have more than 1 minute host logs (such as CPU usage). Perhaps it's something that can be changed, but haven't seen it anywhere.

Sounds pretty handy, definitely need to take a look if I can squeeze in some time.
No concerns having the console potentially exposed through a web browser? Always been a little iffy setting that up from a security perspective.

Yup, exactly, but it doesn't seem to work if you reverse proxy. Regardless, you can disable any command execution from the dashboard and so the terminal/file transfer is disabled :)
