A quick update: my VPS was rebooted successfully and is now up and reachable, also via the control panel, so all is good
I've even tested it by rebooting it via the control panel, which now works
This probably would have happened some hours ago, but due to the time difference, I was asleep and couldn't respond immediately to the ticket agents
Their panel (at cloud.colocrossing.com ) seems very responsive today, so this is promising

We are very happy to hear that and are continuing to monitor the situation while the virtualizor developers are working on a hotfix on their side.
The issue is happening more often. I usually never required to access panel but in last 15 days accessed 2 times and both times I was unable to access for few hrs.
Try adding to monitoring. It’s been so fun lately.
