Servers are back online. We are investigating what triggered this outage to occur and do not expect it to happen again. This is our first major outage in almost 2yrs and we are very sorry for the unfortunate timing. We can assure you this issue was not caused by the new customers or "new load" on the servers. it appears to be an automated system fault however we are still investigating.
At this time all servers are back online and stable.

Wish I could have more than 1 bucket per an S3 storage plan.
It seems that when there are more than two buckets, they all use the same set of Access Key and Secret Key. Creating a new set doesn’t seem to work. I'm facing this issue right now.

In my case, you should exit your session and reenter it. Access your other bucket and create new access key and secret key.

If you have a support ticket open on our billing panel we can provide more information. more than likely this service has Germany selected as the location. We have gone out of stock in Germany and are awaiting more hardware. We do not expect more than a week of wait for this restock.

If you don't need one of the two locations cancelling one of them will repair the other one until the bug is fixed.
You are allowed to have a FREE storage in each location. This is however causing the bug where one works and the other does not through the billing portal. If you are directly using the URL and Access / Secret Keys the service is working just fine. The issue is 100% with our billing portal.
