Just noticed that they are pushing all new VPS offerings to their Cloudzy service with no apparent way to add new VPS services. Does anyone know if BuyVM is done for?

If you go to their client portal, there is stock you can order?
pretty good and stable lowend budget and non-buddget service provider. Fransico and Aldryic are pretty good at what they do.

The buyvm.net site checks the client area for available stock. If there's none, it'll give the cloudzy popup. If there is, it works.
You can check https://my.frantech.ca/ . We're usually pretty low on stock with small batches here/there. Hannan is intending to add more nodes, we're just trying to get CH done first.

Aldryic hasn't been with BuyVM for a long time...in fact, he's been in prison since 2018, for crimes completely unrelated to BuyVM.
So I have been missing out for a lot of thing huh.
Okay so I'm trying to understand some things about this. So. Mainly, and I know you shouldn't and really can't speak for someone else, but will we get Cloudzy AI presence on this forum? I feel like this would be super helpful and would make us more familiar with them. They kind of are lurking in the background of buyvm ATM...
The other thing is the plan differences in offering when linking from buyvm with the popup, the plans over at cloudzy don't have feature parity to stallion and and bandwidth parity so having that link there kind of says, we don't have what youre looking for but if you make some concessions and pay a different price, you could buy this different service? I thought the goal was to run the brands somewhat independently. I do see stock for LV buyvm. I'm just thinking on this. While I get the push to make the sale, the offer isn't what someone might be looking to buy because it just is not the same product...even if there is stock. Frankly, it makes the offering confusing.

@Hannan is the owner of both Cloudzy and BuyVM. He's the boss.
That's true when it comes to 1:1 features, but Cloudzy is working to catch up. They have Stallion as a good stepping stone.
Not everyone needs the whole BuyVM feature setup, many are perfectly fine with the basic plan and might want all the extra locations Cloudzy has. I don't see any harm in the popup when BuyVM is sold out.
Hannan's planning more hardware for BuyVM but the main focus is getting CH done and soon. I'm trying to help as much as I can on that side as well, but vendors have been a bit slow at times.

I'm reaching out directly because regular support seems to have completely ground to a halt — tickets are sitting unanswered with zero updates.
The situation in the CH location has become critical:
Internal DC Network Instability: Even internal traffic between nodes within the CH datacenter is severely fluctuating, with high jitter and noticeable packet loss.
Current Major Degradation: Right now, the CH location is practically dead/unusable. I have over 5 VPS instances running there, and all of them are suffering from extreme lag, connection drops, and unpredictable performance spikes.
I know you've been focused on the transition and backend engineering work, but the CH environment and support responsiveness are currently in a dire state. Could you please check what is happening with the CH network/nodes or escalate this to the team on-site?

@Hannan — As the new owner, please look into the support team's responsiveness. We were assured service quality would be maintained post-acquisition, but leaving tickets completely ignored during a major site degradation is unsustainable for paying clients.

Its a bit of a timing screw up on my part, not the bosses.
Boss man @Hannan has decided to part ways with Path.net for our DDOS mitigation and has moved to Terabit.io. I wasn't aware of the cut off date thinking it was in October, not September 1st. Yesterday Path pulled things, as they were rightfully allowed to, so I've been doing some patch work to get things a bit better.
Terabit is still finishing up their end, they weren't expecting to be onboarding us until this weekend, so its a bit of a rush.
Again, my fault, I misread the dates thinking it was October 1st.
As for CH, some DDOS protected users are getting their shit pushed in, and autonull wasn't clipping them as heavily. I've made some tweaks which have cleaned that up. Terabit should be ready in the next day or so and that'll put that issue to bed.

Thanks for the honest breakdown and taking responsibility, @Francisco — timing mix-ups happen, shit happens, we get it.
But the bigger issue right now isn't just the network hiccup, it's the complete radio silence from the support team. Tickets are sitting completely untouched with zero response.
Even when things break, a simple acknowledgement or status update in the ticket goes a long way. Has the support team gone completely dark because of the transition to Cloudzy, or is the helpdesk just completely overwhelmed right now?
We can deal with temporary network issues, but being left completely in the dark by support makes a bad situation much worse.
I'll work on crackin' the whip a bit more. Cloudzy is a lot more corporate so that causes slow downs at times. I've been more involved the past couple weeks to push some projects through.
If you PM me your tickets I'll take a peak, its possible its already resolved and just needs a close out.

We're not swapped to terabit yet so this isn't what the 'final latency' will look like. We're hoping to have everything sorted tomorrow
I expect latency to be about as good as it is now though as they have more POPs.

CH machine outage right now
A bit of a bumpy cut over, but Terabits up and running. Still some tuning to happen (anycast is all hitting CH for the time being), but should be better soon

Hope you get some sleep in between, this task of switching an anycast to a different upstream (or actually two upstreams) seems to be harder than a bgp/network layman like me would have imagined. Any ETA on when you expect routing to use the three US locations as well?

Too late. If he just gives longer timeframes in the future, people will just apply the Francisco correction factor and increase that by X factor. Although, that would then appear as over delivering if he actually beats it.
