Looking for a VPS under $10/year

Hello,
As the title suggests, I’m looking for a low-cost VPS. My main use case is setting up a personal website, blog, and other light tasks. The only requirement is that the server has at least 2GB of RAM (though 1GB would be fine as well, and I can set up some SWAP). Ideally, I’m hoping for an annual payment option that costs no more than $10.
