I have a 14 eur hostslim estonia vps and the network is bad, packet loss is 1.5% on average (7 days of smokeping which pings every second), this results in slow https handshakes, failed dns queries, low speed when communicating with high ping hosts (ash-speed.hetzner.com gives 10mbit/s at max), using it for any UDP communication (game server, voice chat server) results in a bad experience.
Losses are not constant but very random and mostly inbound https://imgur.com/a/4vBagAL.
Ralph from support says "It's not network related but hostnode IO related.", it was even worse before they upgraded the network but this is the current situation.
I asked him if a more expensive vps will be any better 2 times but didn't get a response, this is why im making this post: if you have the 60 eur vps then please send me your ip address so i can check it in smokeping and decide if i want to buy it or not, or just report your own results, thanks.

Why should it be different on another VPS ?
In the end you are using the same network.
If the issue is I/O related it should be better on another host node.
On every $7 vps is it better without any issues

You can ping the entire network/24 do have a comparison between the vps servers
losses are higher since yesterday, 3% in last 24h, 3.8% in last 1h, i monitored 3 another ips and their losses are at 0.5% which is still bad.
it feels like there is only 1 person (Ralph) working in hostslim, doing support and administration at the same time, missing half of the messages i sent and never opening my screenshots (imgur says 0 views on images i sent him).
Really sad because they have good routing to my place, but the network sucks.
Also for some reason they are using restricted virtualizor license and firewall doesn't work there.

@julinhobrow this is unrelated, on the screenshot it's visible that the issue appears on the hostslim gateway. pinging another servers in the same dc is also lossy. (there is only 1 hop)
I don't think they understand where the issues is, firstly Ralph said that the network will be upgraded, then after it didn't help he said that abusive vps will be terminated, obviously it didn't help.
