We are looking for a provider in Finland (not hetzner) for dedicated server. Starting with 1 and possibilty to add more in the future
We are looking for configuration similar to the following or better:
2x Intel® Xeon® E5-2680v4 / intel gold / amd epyc
256GB ram
at least 2TB SSD / NVME
DDoS Protection
1Gbps unmetered
possibility to announce subnet with vlan
IPMI access
we are looking for a well established and reliable long term partner.

hostkey is pretty good if you want to be in an actual datacenter.
creanova is also decent.
We actually almost bought our 2nd DC space from the same building as where's Creanova. They are locally well known, Russian backed operation.
As for what OP is asking, we do not have anything matching that spec, nor is that kind of config our niche sadly.
If he can split his load to multiple machines, or willing to prepay long term for custom build we unfortunately cannot help him
Also we need to charge an arm and leg if he wants BGP.
But we can help him get colo locally while using our transit / network no probs.
We got 3 POPs right now, Lauttasaari, Pitäjänmäki, Kerava/Ahjo. Pitäjänmäki might fit his needs and has colocation offers afaik. We helped build that DC and provide networking there.
