@HostSailor said: We are currently investigating on the IPv6 issue. The data center is undergoing a transformation, and we're following up with them for more updates.

Is your "data center" run by Solus VM company or is your Solus VM run by your "data center" company?

You don't have to tag everyone who's asked.

Well, what now happens is that the "we don't have a clue" and "we use AI/Google Translate for our answers" really comes to surface. Have a look at the last few reactions..

    "We're working with SolusVM"
"The datacenter is undergoing a transformation"
    "We are investigating"
"We are working on resolving the issue"

There's even contradictionary statements in there...

What SolusVM even has to do with this. It may be worse than anyone could imagine: the person doesn't know what "BGP" is, what "IP announement" is, and just thinks something broke in the webhosting panel that they use (SolusVM). Maybe even filing tickets to them, asking to help figure it out, waiting for replies, which he then doesn't understand either. And that's how almost a week has passed by now.

  • And we've passed the 5-day downtime...

On this ship we don't have a course, don't know where the destination is, and it looks like the people on the ship are starting a mutiny...

  • Just received a promotional e-mail from Hostsailor...

What was the problem? Can you do a post mortem?

They still blame SolusVM. But I think if this problem (faulty BGP advertisements) is caused by an update of your panel and you can't solve it manually or in another way within over 5 days, you have bigger issues as an errornous panel update. Much bigger issues.

My LA VPS has been offline for 3 days. When will it be restored?
