Yes, Telia is having issues in LA right now.
Their router failed, and I was maddened that my backup line AS174 didn't work, even though the broadcast had been sent.
yeah pretty disappointing, I remember when Telia was the best out there. I also use cogent as a fallback, only had a few mins of packet loss.
Wow, I also set cogent as the backup , Ip prefix indeed correctly broadcast to Cogent，But once the 1299 line is disconnected, cogent's routing will also be unreachable, which is hard for me to understand
Yeah, they had a router fail in LA. We've had this issue multiple times in multiple locations with them... far more often than with other providers.
