It is available. The plan is visible only in billing and only for users who registered through a special link.
I don't recommend it until they increase the server limit. They have a limit of up to 4 VPS servers. When you contact them, technical support asks you to top up your balance with a large amount and then increase the limit. cloudblast I think it's stupid to offer an alternative to Aeza if you can't buy more than 4 servers (((

The default limits can deploy 2 servers. But we can increase limits if you need, we just tend to ask the reason just to avoid all the mail spammers.

Deploying 20 servers with 3€ balance on a brand new account it's rather suspicious you know..
Generally to have a quick increase of limits (without having any billing history) we ask to deposit 1 month of the value of those servers, in your case would be 72€ min. instead we asked you to deposit just 30€.
In any case, I have made an exception for you this time.
