Doubt they will do better than that. But never known, OVH is being pretty crazy these days

But this time, I think it's going to be hard to beat the value for money of the server I got for my use case.

  • wuckwuck Member

    Yea I don't think we are seeing 2288G/128gb(even 64gb)/2x1.92tb for a while

  • remyremy Member

One thing's for sure: they have managed to upsell quite a few users here :D
So the next step should be ryzen in the 30 - 40€ range with big disks and epyc 2nd gen o:)

I wish, old Rise-S pricing with 2x1.92tb still got one it's good server. Was that a mystery epic of something else if so what was the lottery to land a 2x6TB ?

    Base config 128GB - 2x1TB

Just someone who had a perfect use case for an epyc cpu and didn't need storage.
It's far more powerful than the xeon for many uses, don't rely on GB6.
For me, it's the best deal of the event, but you still have to know what to do with 32 threads  I don't..except very premium idling

Yea I did a comparison of GB4/5 early in this thread versus the Rise-S, but pretty much same issue where I had no real usage for 32 threads right now

Kinda huge you landed that trade with 2x6tb thats a keeper for a while

I have three idle mystery boxes available for transfer—two located in the GRA region in France and one in the BHS region. All are configured with an E5-1650V4 processor, 128GB RAM, and 2x450GB NVME storage. I only charge 30 euros per server, and payments can be made via WeChat, Alipay, Paypal.

If you need the above servers, please send me a private message with the type and quantity you require, as well as the payment method you'll use. You must pay first.

I will decide whether to proceed with the transaction based on your account status; I'm hoping to deal with experienced users.

All the servers are located in ovh.ie accounts, and you need to have an account that is capable of migrating servers.

Only one BHS region left. Configured with an E5-1650V4 processor, 128GB RAM, 2x450GB NVME storage, and 1Gbps network.

  • @ymgswx - If you're interested, I'd purchase the machine from you. Feel free to DM

  • Hi, i'm still looking for a 2288G/128gb/2*450 nvme at gra/fr, eu account
If you've one please name your price, thanks :)

  • I have one available KS-LE-1 w/ E5-1620v2, 32G RAM, 2×2 TB HDD at Gravelines. Can only transfer to OVH CA account. Paid until 02 May, 2025, $13.3/month renewal.

Anyone interested in taking it? Looking to cover one-month cost via PayPal friend & family.
