I need multiple IP nodes, cheap, can be low bandwidth shared nodes
About 35 or so IPs costs around $10/-. Can also be a VPS.
Bandwidth can be as little as 10M/IP
European, or US nodes are required.
Mainly to be less expensive, can be shared
It can also be a supplier with an empty resource, idle resource utilisation.
The number of IP's can be more or less. I would like someone to help me
hopefully a partner that I can work with long term.

To keep costs down, the IP can be shared, metaphorically nat, or give me a VPN pptp, etc.
So last time you asked for 30ips for 10$, and you got no offers
now it's 35 ips for 10$?
IP cost to lease are $0.40 - $0.60/IP/month. You might get a little lower with IP blocks with questionable reputation. I would be cautious of anyone providing you 35 IPs for $10/month.
