Looking for US based Cloud Provider
Hi,
I am looking for US based cloud provider who can help provide and setup HIPAA compliance as well as BAA.
Budget is around $100-$150 per month. If the budget is too low then kindly let me know in what kind of budget range I should be looking out for and what to expect. Thank you.

Do you need a facility that is HIPAA audited/certified and to sign a BAA or something different? If just those two, we've done lots of this and can provide all certs needed.
You should look at something like https://www.aptible.com/secured-by-aptible to get an idea of what they offer (and costs). They're essentially a layer on top of AWS but give you some of the controls (like for HIPAA etc.) and charge for it.
If you want to build a stack, then like @crunchbits says, you can use their environment (or others like them) and host stuff but the responsibility is with you to secure the environment and ensure compliance and auditability.
Similarly AWS (and Azure etc.) will give you BAA and SOC (etc.) but the responsibility of the other compliances will still be with you.
Well, I mean, I don't want to spend like $700-$1000 a month and need something on the cheaper side. SO I thought I might give it a shot

I will require a more powerful hardware other than $7 a year. Although, that does sound tempting for setting up apps which meet the requirements

This actually sounds almost perfect but unfortunately, we are not looking into AWS.
Aptible abstracts you pretty much fully from AWS - so you're not really dealing with AWS but with Aptible. My hunch/guess is there must be others like them who do similar things with other cloud providers (with Azure or GCP etc.). I'm sure some Google-fu will help you figure out options.
I will contact them and check with them. I am looking for small cloud providers instead of the bigger ones like GCP, AWS, Azure, Oracle, etc.
I know a lot of companies here use Oracle for HIPAA compliance.
Oracle is a pain in the a** just for the sign up process
