Does anyone know of a monitoring software that lets me see realtime throughput? I would ideally like something that can show multiple servers but not a requirement or anything

Beszel or Netdata (https://github.com/netdata/netdata) come to mind for this, if you need less real time and are ok with ~1-5 minute delayed data then LibreNMS, Observium, Zabbix etc come to mind.
