Your best bet is to order cheap NAT boxes I guess, there are a few providers offering them
Or get a Mullvad subscription for €5 month and change wireguard servers periodically to move to a different IP address

I saw some VPNs that had different locations, but they were at most 4-5 different locations. I don't think you can find a VPN that has 30 different IPs on it.
Sounds like SEO hack ... They'll search for the business / keyword on google and click. Fooling google to false learn that the business is actually in demand and move it right on top of the first page
