Hi, sorry, there was a DDoS attack the issue was fixed around an hour after your message.
How your DDoS Protection works ? Is it automated ?
We can enable a scanning mode on your ips then the ports got scanned and opened from alone. If you run any single or multiple L4 UDP/TCP services or any games we can protect them very strict. Only L7 we don’t support right now.
If you enable after getting attacked, then there will be a downtime, how to minimize that ?
After renting the server, open a support ticket and tell us what you run on the server. Then we can set it up and there will be no downtime.
We will also integrate the DDoS protection management for customers in the next months.
