    Check the URL you're using to log in.

    I have a EU (FR) account for a long time now and was able to create a US and CA account with the same email address this week.
    It's actually encouraged by their support.
    I've tried to change my address on my French one and this is the email I received.

    Also tried to be exempted from TVA since I don't reside in France anymore but it looks like it won't be possible. I would need to have ordered the server on a US account.

    Yes you can create an account, but can you actually enter your FR address into the CA account? So that it's legit.
    Otherwise your account is closed on your first payment.

    You need an address in Canada.
    Obviously it's best to only use an account from the country you reside in.
    I don't know what are the implications of creating and then using an account from another country than the one you live in.

    Exactly, when OVHCloud launched, it was still possible though, hence I got my US and CA account.
