I thought the pending invoices last for 14 days im sure ive seen a different time window for refunded servers being put back into the pool

Brudda I ordered it TWICE on different occations on my PHONE and got refunded both times sorry if morale isn’t peaking
Also @OVHcloud refuses to compensate me for it (with a KS-A)
Hundreds had the same issue, ive been refunded 3 times now for the KS-A nothing for months tho
I am sure OVH said a big KS-A restock many months ago and also claimed a limit of 5 KS servers per user...

Yes but they didn’t have to spend hours and hours sorting out the mess that is bookkeeping OVH first taking the money in 2024 but then refunding in 2025 and not providing an invoice for why the money was taken until 2025 which bookkeeping-wise is impossible to do right and for what, for nothing. I also had to do the books for currency fluctuations etc for the time they had spend holding onto the money, it was extra work because I had made a small profit due to those fluctuations but since they refunded me personally while this profit of like €0.02 belonged to the company this got even more complex
Rant over. A real trauma of mine tbh. I demand compensation (KS-A)
