The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow has arrested the co-founder and CEO of the St. Petersburg IT company Aeza Group, Yuri Bozoyan, and several of his employees. The Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has accused the defendants of creating a criminal community (CPC), participating in it, and other crimes.

"The CEO of St. Petersburg-based “Aeza Group,” Yuri Bozoyan, and the company’s 21-year-old founder have been arrested for allegedly providing cover for the notorious drug marketplace BlackSprut. For over two years, they reportedly provided the technical infrastructure that kept the shop running.
According to Mash, the two men became friends six years ago, when 16-year-old Arseniy pitched 27-year-old Yuri the idea of getting into the server rental business — they agreed on an investment of 400,000 rubles. That’s how the LLC “Aeza Group” was born.
In 2023, the men connected with BlackSprut and began supporting the drug marketplace’s operations. They also protected it from DDoS attacks. They covered all costs for office space, hardware, and equipment themselves. Payments were received via cryptocurrency wallets and split between them.
The drug operation was busted in February 2025, after a stash dealer sold 4.19 grams of mephedrone to undercover Moscow police. Two days ago, a search was conducted at Aeza Group’s office. Criminal charges have been filed against Yuri and Arseniy under Articles 210 (organized criminal group) and 228.1 (illegal drug trafficking) — they face up to 20 years in prison. Along with them, several others were arrested: operatives Penzev A. A., Gast V. V., Lavrukhin G. A., and two businessmen — Zubov T. V. and Orlov M. A."
