Wondering how admins think about advertising with 99.9% uptime while you already have 3 days of downtime on IPv6 and chargeback in case you don't meet the uptime is not for individuals but only for bussinesses...
I think it smells a bit like false advertising...
On the other hand, @Hostsailor builds a strong reputation as "promises but not delivers" this way.
Does this offer include 5-day IPv6 downtimes with no end or update in sight? Next time it can be IPv4?

You don't have to tag everyone who's asked.
It would be much more useful if YOU could actually put out a post with some details on what has happened, what you are doing/trying-to-do to fix it and maybe a rough ETA on when one can expect the network to be back up and fully functional.
Most of us are very upset about the total lack of communication and details on the issue and this kind of lame "we aware and investigating" doesn't do any one any good (and one would think that this many days should be more than sufficient for anyone competent in network management to atleast have some clue on what is going on).

No you don't understand the situation. 5 (!!!!) days ago you stopped advertising 2 IPv6 ranges. It's on your AS number. And after those 5 days you still say "we're investigating". Basically you're saying "we don't have a clue". Just admit that. Also admit that apparantly you don't have inhouse knowledge that's capable dealing with these kind of situations, although you mention on your website having an IP advertising service... so you are showcasing being incapable of doing that even for your own IP ranges...
And "the datacenter is undergoing a transformation" is simply AI/Google Translate terminology. Don't use big words like that for something that's just an IP announcement issue. I've had complete DCs that were moved and didn't have an outage and you have a 5 days outage because you can't properly announce 2 IPv6 ranges.
Big words... like 99.9% uptime... they'll follow you in the upcoming time. 99.9%? You won't even get to 85% this month.
