KTS24 Down
Has anyone heard anything from KTS24 @RapToN
They did announce an interruption to the power supply for yesterday evening, but things are still not back up now (not even their own web site). Not sure how much of their ticket system is still working - a ticket was logged via email, but their web interface to the ticket system seems to be down as well.
Meanwhile, losing millions...

Last night's interruption for me lasted only 7 minutes.

Now they seem to have problems with SSL certificate of the website on kts24.com
instead https://panel.haendler.it/ does not open
Unfortunately, one of our servers no longer wanted to start after being reconnected.
We have already ordered a new mainboard and are currently waiting for delivery.
Unfortunately, the failure affected our panel and helpdesk system as well as some of our customers, which is why I was no longer able to inform them.
We assume that the system will be available again in the course of the afternoon/evening.

That sounds good. I also left the data center at that moment and will now enjoy the great weather while processing tickets.
Please excuse the outage, but I didn't expect this when I wrote the original announcement, so I wasn‘t prepared.
@RapToN knows what he's doing and I can recommend him, since i never had any problems with his service so far. Pretty fast answers and the answers are useful too.
