Well thats not provider fault. You had BIG security problem(s). Backup the data then re-install. Return it step by step & check what step got your password changing by the minute. Also maybe ask IP change. And (maybe not related) (but seriously) move ssh port so no bruteforcers knocking on your ssh server (if you use ssh).

I did all these things, even changed the SSH port, but it kept changing. Finally, my problem was solved with the site support.
What ended up being the problem?
The client/billing panel for chunkserve is down.

We're receiving now a large DDoS attack targetting the panel and WWW, we're working on that!
So my guess was correct. I hope this problem is resolved.
Every service works without any downtime, it's only issue related to a billing panel. At the moment everything is mitigated
(attack is still ongoing)
