A question, since it's a mystery box means random specs.

But officially, in ovh admin page, it shows a fixed specs, in future, if anything damaged like ram, will they change back to the ram in the admin page or the actual server? :'(

As far as I know, they replace what is on the actual server and not the paper specs.

@allthemtings did you do 1 ticket per refund? I just put all orders into one ticket, but am waiting for any response....

I tired putting all in the 2nd ticket but that seems like it was to much info for them to process (2 orders at the time) and they escalated it to another member of staff - Still no response on it 24hours+ later

They need 5 different people to read all the order numbers it seems.

Should've just given me the 128GB + 4TB NVME and they wouldn't have to worry about tickets from me!

If a big plate chicken 2TB NVME dies, you should get another big plate chicken 2TB not a 480GB SATA.

Unsure on the Motherboard though, if it dies, if you get your 128gig back or just 64gig.

The amount of OVH threads on Nodeseek is insane, multiple pages.
Also, they don't seem to trust each other either, transfer via 3rd party.

I'm new here. Is KS-A ($5.6 per month) still a good deal, or is there a better option?

They don’t exist, so literally anything else is a better option, yes.

I can order the instance though.

I successfully terminated (return of a server according to OVH mail) two orders in the morning but no monetary refund so far.

  • Ended up ordering 4x mystery boxes from OVH yesterday (in BHS) and did not manage to get any storage upgrades, got two with 128GB ram and the other two were base specs. Would have loved to grab a hold of one of the upgraded storage options ones, oh well. Just gonna terminate these things and move on.

Well I reqeusted to cancel them both through a ticket, they offered termination links. I'm getting lost in all this OVH terminology.

To me it looks like a cancellation that should be refunded:

Just curious but anyone else had any with vRack capability? I had a config yesterday that had it enabled but it was only with NVME drives (no other upgrades)

How can you see that? I don’t really use it so haven’t really noticed if any of mine can.

Check if "Private bandwidth" exist in Network interfaces tab

Looks like on of my GRA servers I'm not using got one. The rest didn't
