    Anyone had one deployed if they ordered on the site not the API? I ordered one at 2pm from the FR link onto a uk account, it's been on "Preparing your order / The product is being delivered" for the last 9 hours.

    Depending on its eligibility, it is possible to request the cancellation by applying for the right of withdrawal by clicking on the (...) button on the right and "Cancel the order". The button will only appear in case of eligibility.

    I believe you lose eligibility when you install an OS - I see the button in my CA account.

    Edit: nvm, I only see "Cancel the subscription" and "Cancel", but not "Cancel the order".
