    Ordered two at BHS and both seemed to have the default 64GB/2x480GB combination. Too rich for my blood I'm out 😀

    That's enough for me to tap out as well before even trying to order via the API.

    Sure it's a little more expensive and sure I could get rid of my KS-GAME-LE and my KS-LE-1 but it's gotta come with some upgrades in BHS.

    Maybe I'll try my luck, maybe not...

    I dont understand the mystery box... isn't ovh eco always a gamble?

    sometimes you get 2x ram, full 1G ports, some upgraded CPU? whats the new catch?

    I got one with extra 2x4 TB HDD but it stuck on installation step, I hope they don't take it away from me :(

    yes, but now it is official gamble (they are meming us) and the chances are pretty high - i would say at least 1/3 get upgrades.

    also always 1gig up/down instead of 300mbps up / 1gig down. which in itself is premium for a KS box. (it is not "guaranteed" so i expect over shared switch)

    even the base config is not bad and well worth the money.

    You should start by restarting the server as soon as you get it. It will restart in rescue and you can check everything before installing.

    me too for one of my grabs. currently in rescue mode for tech support. it's a basic one, so i wouldn't be mad if they cancel it ;)

    Gotta go to work and don't have time for a complete write-up, but below is a general procedure using https://eu.api.ovh.com/console/
    1. create a cart at /order/cart
    2. Assign this cart to your account at /order/cart/assign
    3. add server using the /order/cart/cart-id/eco endpoint. I spent half an hour realizing that I should use the /eco instead of the /dedicated. Note the item ID after you added into cart
    4. add configuration using {"label": "dedicated_datacenter", "value": "rbx"} and { "label": "dedicated_os", "value": "none_64.en"} in /order/cart/cart-id/item/item-id/configuration
    5. /order/cart/cart-id/checkout

    OK... bought 2 servers in BHS and got upgrade on one of them (128 GB + 2 * 1.7 TB NVMe + v4 + 1Gbps). The other one is v4 + 1Gbps but I think that's standard for every Mystery server. I'll call it a day :)
