classic ovh
Gotta go to work and don't have time for a complete write-up, but below is a general procedure using https://eu.api.ovh.com/console/
1. create a cart at
/order/cart2. Assign this cart to your account at
/order/cart/assign3. add server using the
/order/cart/cart-id/eco endpoint. I spent half an hour realizing that I should use the/ecoinstead of the/dedicated. Note the item ID after you added into cart4. add configuration using
{"label": "dedicated_datacenter", "value": "rbx"}and{ "label": "dedicated_os", "value": "none_64.en"}in/order/cart/cart-id/item/item-id/configuration5.

I got the base in GRA no extras :-( Still wondering if 2x 450GB nvme, 64GB RAM and 1Gbps unmetered it well priced for 23 Euro is a good deal. It's a decent deal but not a bargain if compared to the lotto winners that fot 2 x 2TB nvme or the 2 x 2TB sata extra drives.

why didn't this get more thanks its super helpful
Just ordered one of these in BHS but no upgrade. Can I request a refund through their web interface somewhere? or where do I go to get a refund?
No refunds possible at this time
What locations?
Genuinely though i dont think every region accepts refunds so watch out for that...
mostly RBX
If I ordered one of these and generated an invoice itself (without paying), would the invoice detail if I got any upgrades? Or would I have to go through a full payment to find out?
I've never done this before so apologies for the dumb questions.
Has anyone ever been denied a refund? (EU/UK) I understand if you abuse it they can probably deny it, but has anyone actually experienced that before? I've only done it a couple of times but I imagine some have done it a lot more than that
Every invoice says the same base specs you would need to purchase it to see real soecs
no
yes but you won't find out until delievered
