Still not resolved, got another email today thanking me for my patience. Buyer beware.
Finally got this "resolved". It was delivered in an unworking state. Tried to reinstall Ubuntu on it, none of the images worked and/or completed the reinstall. Finally got debian installed on it. Installed what I needed then realized the networking seems to be busted in a way that I am not expert enough to understand or fix. Too many turnkey instant working solutions out there to mess with this further. I would appreciate a refund but I'm not going to bother with chasing it.

This is the second node failure in less than 1 month, maybe it is time to look for alternatives.

Unfortunately, although the vps is connected at the front desk, I still cannot connect via ssh. Because there is a lot of data on the vps, I cannot reinstall the system. I want to know what the situation is now?I even want to check VNC but I don't know where it is.
@DediRock A working VPS in la2 with ipv4 and ipv6 on ubuntu 24lts with working networking. The one I got booted finally dropped tons of packets, threw weird i/o errors i have never seen before, and rebooted once while I was using it. I don't want more than I ordered, just what I ordered.

Yeah he never responded again. I just cut my losses and moved on. It's unusable in it's current state. Wasn't much money just wanted potential buyers to be aware.
