Looking for dirt cheap torrent friendly VPS.
As title suggests. Would like Australia specific offers and then worldwide as well. Last time we tried 128M gullos nothing would even run on it but the OS kept on complaining there's too little memory. Purpose is for hosting an VPN, OpenVPN or Wiregaurd thats it.
Otherwise it would work fine for us.

just get one of the big VPN providers, tons of IPs, tons of locations, torrent specific servers etc
Personally, I would not get anything below a 1-2 GB RAM if Y would be you. Modern OS kinda struggle below 1G ram, and apps also.
PS: Any budget for this? ( beside the 7 USD / Year

I don't know why people bother with those nat boxes when there's so many ~$10-15/yr 1gb with your very own ipv4 in Offers.. It's 2025 bruv, fuck that nat/128m nonsense.

I understand Australia is a expensive market, but it's totally alright if it's anywhere else too (can start from Asian locations, and then Europe)
And I do not even require a dedicated v4, shared v4's with certain ports allocated is also just fine. But having V6 would be a benefit. Same for bandwidth, don't need anything special.

i would suggest a VPN service that supports port allocation such as airvpn and use that with gluetun (if using containers) otherwise firewall with specific GW rules (use VPN as GW, drop traffic to ISP GW from whatever you're running) to not leak yourself. airvpn routinely has stupid cheap deals
