I have a question @Clouvider no ill intention. Your company is UK registered hence you are charging EU customers EU VAT rates based on their location instead of UK VAT rate. How come? Do you have EU entity?

EU tax law dictates the place of supply of Digital Services, such as hosting. The tax is charged based on the residency of the buyer within the EU and the rates of the EU country of residence apply. Location of the seller (whether within the EU or not) is not relevant, this is not something specific to us.

We stopped it as we got a very substantial number of these packets ordered from here to fake addresses and as you appreciate the shipping of it, that we covered internationally free of charge was not a small expense. I will speak with the team how we could implement it for the active Customers perhaps
AS62240.net - speedtest servers are pingable and you can run an iperf3 if you want as well; These servers are public, heavily used by Benchmark scripts and connected with 10G uplinks so you should not expect 10G in your test.

Would it make more sense to use a sticker vendor with your own designs and they handle the shipping /logistics on their side which is often significantly cheaper instead of making "packets" that would ship using your own postage and labor?

When i was using them, it was Intel 4210R and AMD EPYC 7XXX.
AMD was pretty good, but intel was kinda trash, pretty much cancelled intel instantly.
Epyc are 7313
Intels are 4210R
7313 is obviously a much more capable and powerful CPU - but we have Customers who prefer Intel nevertheless (and in some cases there's more "Intel" than "AMD" Customers).

I looked into it and found that d2c print on demand is an interesting market. I think if I were to be working on this project I'd look into https://www.printful.com/print-on-demand this company -- printful. They appear to host the branded storefront side and d2c print on demand product. They also have fulfillment and operations in your region and the US which I think would be good as there wouldn't be any political bias with the vendor that could possibly come to be an issue with some customers. It seems they offer samples to it may be worth a look.
They are excellent except one thing.
They do the maintenance time to time and give the information about the maintenance with a hypervisor name on Public Status Page. But They don't disclose the hypervisor name on the panel so I can't prepare
I wish they would give the name or at least send the email to affected customers.
