12 year old SSD with that wearout score, I think that's a record for me:

    233 Media_Wearout_Indicator 0x0032 046 046 000 Old_age Always

OVH corrected the mistake with the only 16GB RAM in my KS-B, they added the missing 16GB and it now has the full 32GB DDR3.

And... they agreed to change the SSD!
I went from 12 years old and 300TB writes, to 10 years old and 60TB writes.
    (still 120GB, SATA 2.6)

    B)

    Interesting....

I had a ticket opened saying I had 16G deployed instead of 32G in both (which I didn't), they didn't offer to fix this, they just went straight to refund. They refused to change the CPUs to the v2s as well, so they've both been refunded.

What CPU did you get in yours?

I guess it’s easier for them to refund you, and let you order again to get the V2 CPU - they then let someone else order the machine with the incorrect CPU and hope they don’t notice it.

  • Fyi this is now out of stock according to one provider and doesn't sound like it is going to be restocked. Just had my order refunded.

Same here, all three got refunded. LE-B is like herpes, once you have it, you will never loose it . This year I will be fully prepared for Black Friday.

Hey if you ever have any attachment issues I might be able to find a foster home for it :joy:

Did any get a Rise LE-1? I know S1s are technically better value if you're after cpu but ram/storage wise think the rise just nudges it.

Canadian KS-LE-1 for 15 USD, thinking of getting it. Just wondering if there's any way to improve my chances for lottery, like maybe canceling and trying one or two more times?

Are there examples of people being banned / account cancelled / whatever over abuse of the lottery?

I heard of chinese users of some other forum being banned during the KS-A incident but I thought it was because they were using fake details?

Anything done in excess is going to get you a ban hammer

So a couple times cancel and order is just fine.

Do they refund the setup fee as well?

  • will the price this yr's bf be similar to last yr's? or maybe ks-b would be a good choice this time.

Perhaps it's their April's fool joke. You think you buy a KS-A+ but you get a Raspberry Pi.
