Readyidc, unmetered, no ipv6, has proper support ticket and have chances of getting KYC [probably owned dc or Jastel dc]

I’d never recommend a VPS as a VPN when there’s so nice VPN services around

Why though?
It's often times cheaper, you get to configure vpn yourself, add as many users as you like, etc...
And you can host some services in addition to the VPN itself.
Forget protonvpn, they are overpriced.
Why not cloudflare warp?
Good connection and for the most things its more than enough. You get 20 petabytes for about 10$

Cheaper = sure, when comparing a LET host to a serious VPN company
Configure yourself = yeah, pay me hourly to do it otherwise it’s a negative
You forgot: One VPS with one location instead of basically hundreds of locations
Although I will say projects like wg-easy make it a breeze and for some purposes I really like it
