    Hello!
Is it your datacenter ? https://bgp.tools/as/212341

Can you provide more information about the facility as it seems a bit homemade ?

Is your project / main activity ? https://deskcolab.com/

Just so we can get to know you better, I like people who try to do things a little differently.

    Nice offers! Some questions:
Is it okay to have high cpu load ~80% for 3 like hours. (No mining)

What panel do you provide to manage the vm ?

    Thanks

Yes, it’s definitely not your standard data center — but also far more than just a homemade setup. It follows N+1 Tier 3 standards, has multiple uplinks with major internet carriers (including Telekom, Vodafone, CoreBackbone, Arelion, and Hurricane Electric), and is ISO 27001:2017 certified. The data center guarantees 99.98% uptime and has more than one week of backup power available.

You can find some pictures here: https://www.csn-solutions.de/unternehmen/impressionen

We’re also running several GPU-focused and professional-grade projects. Our fleet includes 6000 ADA, 4000 ADA, and NVIDIA L4 GPUs.

Your intended usage is perfectly fine. We only prohibit certain types of use, such as crypto mining and illegal activities. You can find the full list of exceptions on our legal page.

We use a completely custom-built panel. When we launched our platform in mid-2024, there weren’t any solid solutions for GPU-capable panels — so we decided to build our own, and we’re still actively developing and improving it.

If you could give us windows template or allow to upload custom iso, I'll be your customer today.

Thanks, nice datacenter ! You should have specified that in your post, because it's typically the kind of project appreciated here.

Thanks for your answers. And good sales!

Does your panel support reverse DNS?
Can the length of the contract be changed at a later date?

Reverse DNS isn’t supported yet, but we’ll add it to our roadmap.

The contract duration can be changed when the renewal date is within 7 days. At that point, you can choose between 1, 3, 6, or 12 months again. If auto-renewal is enabled, the contract will always renew for 1 month by default.

We’re actively working on custom ISO support — it should be available by next week.
Windows templates are also on the way and should be ready within the next 1–2 days :)

Once you have VNC enabled you could just add netboot.xyz ISO and people can install whatever it is they want through that.

    Hey LET 👋

We’re excited to introduce ComputeBox, a brand-new hosting provider based in Germany. We operate out of a small, independent datacenter located in Mölln (near Hamburg), which is powered by 100% self-generated renewable energy. 🌍⚡

Thumbs up for having your ToS and website in english. That's very good job so far as there's already plenty of German providers on LET not having their ToS translated or even such insanity as having their website just half-ish translated in english.

Now that I can read it in english; there's DDoS protection mentioned on your home page, but your ToS in section 4.3 talks about disconnecting the server or IP address. Can you give more details about your DDoS protection?

    Hi,
The DDoS protection is managed by our data center. If you expect to be frequently targeted by DDoS attacks, we’re likely not the right hosting provider for your use case.

Section 4.3 in our Terms of Service exists primarily for security reasons. Since we also operate enterprise-grade projects, we need to ensure we have the ability to protect our infrastructure when necessary.

On weekends, we only provide essential support. Our ticket response time is typically between 20 minutes and 12 hours.

We received quite a few new tickets this weekend, but as far as I know, all tickets submitted before 3 PM (GMT+2) today have either been resolved or are actively being worked on — for example, those related to new operating systems.

The best way to reach us is through our ticket system. Emails are only handled on workdays and may take 1–3 days to receive a response, depending on the case.

Ordered a VPS on Saturday, and my support ticket was resolved in under an hour—impressive service! I'm very satisfied with both the support and the performance. The ping is about +10ms higher compared to other providers in Germany, but the bandwidth is excellent.

I definitely would be interested, especially because of the unique location.
But the missing IPv6 support is a hard deal breaker for me.

    Hope this will change soon.

Really interesting offers and datacenter location, unfortunately there aren't many datacenters in Northern Germany (and only 6ms via FTTH to 91.108.80.108).

  • The title says 3€, the offer says 5. Which is it?

That’s honestly only reason I haven’t properly put mine into prod, as I push 10-20tb per month. Very low bandwidth for the insane specs (that surely can handle higher bw/traffic sites!)

Unfortunately, bandwidth in our data center isn’t as cheap as in some other regions. However, we hope to increase the included bandwidth in our current packages in the future.

We’re also working on a feature that will allow easy on-the-go upgrades for both bandwidth and storage — since these are currently the most requested upgrades we receive via support tickets.

Any chance of an HDD volume attach for storage in the future?

  • With your VPS package, how long is 100% cpu usage? If it is 100% cpu for too long, will it be reduced? What is the maximum % reduction?

  • Please add country Vietnam, latest operating system Almalinux 9.5 and IPv6 address

If your country is not in the list just pick one at random and open a ticket. We will add it and also apply it to your account.
