    Thanks for the suggestions. millennial.host seems appropriate, but I would like more options.
    The other hostings are not suitable - in terms of traffic, speed or disk.
    An overly powerful server is not required. I need something up to $100/month.

    May I understand how this wouldn’t suit your needs? Based upon the requirements you’ve listed, it exceeds them. What am I missing?

    Yes all discounts are recurring. I believe the order form discrepancy is due to only 10g links being discounted within that particular code.
